In accordance with action taken by the City Council at their regular meeting of August 5•, 1963,
Assistant Mayor Robinson called the regular meeting of the Council to order at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M. Councilmen Kurbitz and Lynch, City Manager Smith and City Attorney Andrews were
present on roll call. Mayor Larson, Councilmen Brazier, Lemon and Munger absent and excused.
Assistant Mayor Robinson, stating that since a quorum is not present and there is no indication
that a quorum will be present, recessed the meeting to the.next regular evening meeting to be
held August 19, 1963, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.
