The Community Integration Committee would like to discuss the following items:
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)training for City Council members and City staff
- How the City Council can address the need for individual growth regarding equity matters
- Council member positions regarding equity matters
-What exposure and level of comfort do Council members have regarding equity
-Are Council members willing to actively talk about equity?
