The minutes of the .regular meeting of Monday, November 22, 1954, were approved as read. This being the time for the hearing on the petition for the annexation to the City of Yakima of Yakima of that part of the North 8 acres of Lot 1, of Phoebe D. Adams Subdivi- sion, in Section 31 - 13 - 19 E'vJV1, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said annexation, or any part thereof; it was Moved. by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B -1622, annexing said property and every part thereof, be passed as read, carried: Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. ORDINANCE .,ICS. B -1622, AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima, Washinoton, of certain property contiguous to the City of Yakima, I,lashing ton. This being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. C -1174, providing for the construc tion of an irrigation system on Lots 1 to 40, inclusive of the Shaver Addition, and ther being no objections in writing or otherwise to said improvement, or any part thereof; it was Moved by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B -1623, creating Local Improvemen No. 795, be passed as read, carried: Huza and Huey voting; aye .on-'roll call. No. 787, pro - viding for, the construction of the alley paving in Blocks 55 and 251, City of Yakima., an there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll, or any part thereof; it was Moved. by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B -1625, confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof, be passed as read, carried: Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINIATICE No. I3 -1625, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering; Local Improv ment District No.. 787 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1596 of the Ordinanc es of the City of Yakima. This being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll covering L.I.D. No. 790, pro- viding for the construction of a sidewalk on the east side of 20th Avenue South From Bonnie Doone Avenue to Nob Hill Boulevard and there.being; no objections to said improve- ment, or any part thereof; it was Moved by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B -1626, confirriiing said assessment roll and every part thereof, be passed as read, carried: Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. .Burns absent. Burns absent. The City Engineer having reported the completion of the 30th Avenue North Curb-,,-and Gutter district, L.I.D. No. 782, said work is hereby accepted, and the pity Engineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll for said district, and the City Clerk to give notice of hearing on said assessment roll, for Monday, the 20th day of December 1954, at 10 o'clock A.M., carried: Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. ORDINANCE NO.
