The minutes of the .regular meeting of Monday, November 22, 1954, were approved as read. This being the time for the hearing on the petition for the annexation to the City of Yakima of Yakima of that part of the North 8 acres of Lot 1, of Phoebe D. Adams Subdivi- sion, in Section 31 - 13 - 19 E'vJV1, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said annexation, or any part thereof; it was Moved. by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B -1622, annexing said property and every part thereof, be passed as read, carried: Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call.
