The City Corn- ,fission met in .regular session, Mayor Burns and Commissioners Huza and Huey
present on roll call.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, October 11th, 1954 and adjourned meeting
thereof, were approved as read.
This being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll, in L.I.D. No. 773, the same
being the Douglas Drive Sewer System, and there being no objections in writing or other -
tryrise to said assessment roll, or any part thereof; it was Moved by Huey, seconded by Huza
that Ordinance No. B -1609, confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof, be
passed as read, carried: Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call.

ment District No. 773 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1570 of the Ordinance
of the City of Yakima.
This being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. C- 1163, providing for the construc-
tion of a domestic water system on Lots 1 to 33, inclusive, of Westview addition, and
there being no objections in writ:J.ng or otherwise to said improvement, or any part there-
of; it was Moved by Huey, seconded by Huza that Ordinance No. B -1610 creating L.I.D. No.
792, bepassed as read, carried: Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on'roll call.

improvement district, providing for the method of payment-therefor, and creating a speci.a:

Itrioved by Huza, seconded by Burns that a hearinrT with -the Yakima Auto Dealers' Association
relative to the closing of their places of business on Sundays, be set for Monday,
November 8th, 1954, at the hour of 10 :00 otclock A.M., carried: turns, Huza and Huey
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Burns, seconded by Huza that we do now adjourn, carried: Burns, Huza and Huey
voting, aye on roll call.
