IThe City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Burns and Commissioners Huza and Huey present on roll call. The minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday, February 23rd 1954, were approved.as read. Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that this being the time for the hearing on the assess- ment roll covering L.I.D. No. 76$, providing for the covering of the Old Union Ditch on, Fair Avenue, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part thereof; It. is ordered that Ordinance No. 8-1544, confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof, be passed as read, carried: Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B= -1544, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improve- ment District No. 76$ as created and established by Ordinance No. B =1520 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima.
