JULY 20, 1953, 10:00 oeclock A.M.
The City.Commission met in regular session, Mayor Burns. and Commissioners Huza and Huey
present on roll call.
T he minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 13th and adjourned.meeting thereof,
were approved as read,
Moved by Huza, seconded by Burns, that the bill of the Shelton Realty Company in the sum
of $290.92, for appraising property adjacent to the Municipal Airport, be paid' carried;
Burns, Huza and Huey voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that Ordinance Noe B -1478, providing for the removal of
certain taxi stand restrictions be passed as read, carried: Burns, Huza and Huey voting
aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -1478, AN ORDINANCE amending Section 104 of Ordinance No. B -131 entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating traffic, travel and transportation and their
incidents upon the streets and other ways open to the public; prescribing the powers and
duties of officers and others in relation thereto; defining offenses, providing penalties
and repealing certain ordinances concerned with or relating to the subject matter of
this ordinance, and declaring an emergency;" and removing certain taxi ,stand restrictions.
Moved by Huza, seconded by Huey, that we do now adjourn, carried: Burns, Huza and Huey
voting aye on roll calle
