The minutes: of the regular meeting of Monday, November 3rd 1952.were approved as read. Moved by Burns;, seconded by Carpenter, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of a. 7501 G.P..M. , pumping engine for the Fire Depart- ment; said bids to be received on Monday, December 8th 1952, at 10.00 o °clock A.M-•s carried; Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns-, that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. C- 1032.,, p�, oviding for a dorm s -tic water system in Phillips Suburban Tracts and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said improvement,. or any part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No. B - -1409 creating L.I.D. No. 746,.f6r..-said. district, be passed as read, carried; Burns., Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -14090 AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property in the City of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of a domestic water system, establishing • local improvement district, providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating • special. fund. Moved by Carpenter, seconded by Huey, that Emergency Ordinance No. B -1410 providing for the installation of conduits, ducts and spacers in the trench now open at the, Municipal Airport for the installation of Z..L.S. be passed for the reason that consider- able saving can be made;to the City for carrying the conductors: fora-high intensity lighting .system while said trench is open, car.riedi: Burns:, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE N0, B -1410, AN ORDINANCE providing for the expenditure of funds for the purpose of installing conduits, ducts, and spacers on the Yakima Municipal Airport, and declaring an,'emergency.
