The City- COmfniss °ion met in regular session,, Commissioners. Carpenter and Huey present on
roll call, Mayor Burns, absent.
The_ minutes of the regular meeting of Monday., August 25th, 1952, were approved as read.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the time for the hearing'on
Resolution No. C -1027 providing for the construction of a. domestic water system for
property in "The Uplands" Addition and there being no objections in writing or otherwise
to said improvement,, or any part thereof: It is ordered that Ordinance No., B -3391
creating a Local Improvement District be passed as read, carried: Carpenter and Huey
voting aye on roll call, Burns. absent.
ORDINANCE NO. B -1391, AN ORDINANCE providing for the.improvement of property in the City
of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of a domestic water system, establishing a
local improvement district, W oviding for the method of payment therefor, and creating
a special fund.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that the report of the Investment Committee for
investments purchased during the month of August 1952, be approved as follows.
