The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 28, 1952. were approved as read. Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll providing for the construction of 'Curbs and Gutters on North 33rd Avenue., L.I.D.. No. 728, and there, being insufficient protest against said improvement or any -part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No.- B: -1385 confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as read, carried: Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll -call. ORDINANCE NO.. B- 1385, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Imlr ovement District No. 728 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1297 of the Ordinan ces of the City of Yakima.
