The minutes of the .regular meeting of Monday, April 28, 1952, were approved as read. Moved by Huey„ seconded by Carpenter, that the City of Yakima desires to go on record as: approving the 0 & D survey through the City proposed by the State of WasIzington ;, and agrees to donate its share of, such expense in the 1953: budget estimated at. ." 4,824.75: carried Burns., Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Moved by Burns, seconded by Huey, that the sum of $25.09, be appropriated to the Pollution Commission for the purification of sewage for expenses consisting of postage, stationery and other incidentals: carried, Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting.aye on roll call. Moved* by Carpenter, seconded by Huey, that a survey be made for the purpose of installing gongs in the City Hall. in accordance with the recommendations, of the Civil. Defense Board. carried, Burns, CEr penter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Moved by Carpenter, seconded.by,Burns, that the City Attorney having reported the; collection of $150.00 which was due for rent of a hangar at the Airport by Lowell Adamson, and there being in' addition to said sum of $150.00, $2.90 cost incurred fors the collection thereof. It i *ordered that said sum of $2.20 be deducted.from the $1-50900., in settlement of said account: carried, Burns, Carpenter and Huey.v oting aye: on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C- 10 =14.0. RESOLUTION NO. C -10159 A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale and conveyance of that portion of Lot 11, lying North and East of the center line 'of ditch, Block 166, College Addition to North Yakima (now Yakima.) according to the official plat thereof now-on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is now the owner of the following ,d- ,escribed real property, situate in the County of Yakima, State of Washington, to -wit: and That portion of Lot 11, lying North and East of the center line of ditch, Block 166,, College Addition to North Yakima (now Yakima) according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima . County, Washington WHEREAS, said property is not needed for city purposes, and it is deemed for. the best interests of the City of Yakima, to sell said premises to CHARLES A. LIGHTFOOT and /or ETTA 0.
