Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that a proposed ordinance repealing Article 1 of Sec. 31 of Ordinance No. B -99,, be repealed, was la. id on the table for further study, for a period. of 30 days, or until May. .12th, 1952, at . 10:00 o;8 clock A..K.: carried, Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.. Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns,, that this being the time for receiving bids on the! 35th Avenue South Sewer District No. 736,, the following were received: T'. D. and A'. L.
