The City Commission met in regular session,, Mayor Burns: and Commissioners Carpenter and
Huey present on roll calls
The minutes;of the regular meeting of Monday, March 17th 1952:, were approved as read.
Moved by Burns, seconded by Huey, that this being the time for the hearing on
Resolution No. C- 11003,, and no decision having been made to property ownersx it is.

Moved by Carpenter, seconded by Huey, that the City Clerk be instructed to give notice?
to bidders by publication for , the purchase of lamps -for the City for the ensuing year;

ORDINANCE N0. B -1355, AN ORDINANCE amending Sections: 16, 17, 18 and 19 of.Ordinance
No.. B -293, entitled -: 't°AN ORDINANCE regulating and restricting the location-of trades
and industries; regulating and limiting the use of buildings and premises., and the
height and size of buildings; providing for yards, courts; and other open spaces.;
establishing districts for said purposes, and providing for a board of adjustment, and
repealing Ordinances B -22„ B -35, B -43, B -51,, B -71,, B -126, B -147 and B -172,n as,
amended by Ordinance No. B ®852:.
Moved by Burns, seconded by Huey, that Ordinance No. B -1355, pertaining to zoning be
passed as read: carried, Burns, Carpenter and °Huey voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Carpenter, seconded by Burns, that we do now adjourn: carried, Carpenter,
