The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Burns and Commissioners Carpenter
and Huey present on roll call.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 19th, 1951 were approved as.

Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that the city Engineer having reported the completion
of the 33rd Avenue North.Sewer District, L..I.D. No. 725, by the contractor,!said work
is hereby accepted and the'City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for
said ,district, and the City Clerk instucted to give notice of hearing :.on. said
assessment roll by publication as required by law for Monday, December 17th, 1951,
at 10 :00 o'clock A.. M., carried, Burns:, Carpenter and Huey voting.aye on roll call.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of the South Naches Avenue and other streets with curb, gutter and sidewalk Improvements
by the contract, L,.I.D. No. 722, said work is hereby-accepted and the City Engineer
authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district, and the City Clerk
instructed to give notice of hearing on said assessment roll by publicationlas required
by law, for Monday, December 17th 1951 at 10:':00 o'clock A. M'.: carried, Carpe nt er,.

ORDINANCE NO. B- 132.7, amending Section 1 of Ordinance No.:B- 1013, entitled; f°AN
ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. B -590,, entitled: 'AN ORDINANCE relating to the
licensing and supervision of "Places of Refuge ". defining terms, prescribing the duties .
of officers- in connection therewith, fixing fees; providing for appeal from 'certain -
decisions, defining offenses and providing penalties; and declaring an emergency';
and declaring an emergency.
