The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Burns and Commissioners Carpenter
and Huey present on roll call.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday, November 13, 1951, were approved as
read.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns that the improvement of 28th Avenue South and 29th
Avenue south from Bonnie Doon Avenue to Nob.Hill Boulevard,. by the construction of
curbs and gutters,-be and the same is hereby abandoned: carried, Burns, Carpenter and
Huey voting aye on roll call.
Moved,by Burns, seconded by Huey, that-the petitions presented by property oweners to
change from "B" Residence District to Limited Business District, Lot 1, Block 105, be
set for hearing on.Monday, December 3rd, 1951, at 10 :00.o'clock, A. M.: carried,
Carpenter, Huey and Burns voting aye on roll call.
Moved, by Burns, seconded by Huey, that the petition of property oweners presented to
change from "C" Residence District to Limited Business District Lots 15 and 16, Block
133, at 201 and 203 South 6th Street, be set for hearing on Monday December 3rd, 1951,
at 10 :00 o'clock A. M.: carried, Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Burns, seconded.by Huey, that the recommendation of the Planning Board to
allow Nursing homes in "B" Residence District, but no change in area or set back be
allowed, is hereby granted: carried, Huey, Burns and Carpenter voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that this being the time for receiving bids for
Street Traffic Signals and Controls, the following bids were received: Westinghouse
Electric Company, $2,071.19, Inland Pipe and Supply Company, $1,806.08; the bid of
Inland Pipe and Supply Company was awarded said bid, in the sum of 11,806.08: Carried
Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -1322, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District
No. 712,,and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment
of the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that Ordinance No. B -1322 fixing time of
delinquency of installments of assessments in L.I.D. 712 and providing for bonds be
passed as read:, carried, Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B- 132.3, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District
No. 704,'and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment
of the unpaid portion thereof.

of installments of assessments in L.I.D. No. 764, be passed as read:' 'carried, Burns
Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -1324, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost•of the improvement in Local Improvement District
No. 710, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment
of the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that Ordinance No. B -1324, fixing time of delinquency
and prescribing form of bonds in L.I.D. No. 710 be passed as read: carried, Burns
Huey and Carpenter voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.. B -1325, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments,.
livied for the.payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District
No 716, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment
of the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by'Huey, seconded by Burns, that Ordinance No. B -1;25 fixing time of delinquency
and prescribing form of bond in L.I.D. 716 be passed as read: carried, Huey, Burns
and Carpenter voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -1326, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District
No. 718, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment
of the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that Ordinance No. B -1326 prescribing form of bond
and fixing time of delinquency of assessments in L.I.D. No. 718 be passed as read:
carried, Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.
Moved by:Carpenter, seconded by Burns, that we do now adjourn: carried, Burns, Huey
and Carpenter voting aye on roll call.
