The City Commission. met .In regular session, Mayor Burns and Commissioners Carpenter
and Huey present on. roll call.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, September 17th, 1951, were approved as
read.
Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that this being the time for receiving bids on
the 33rd Avenue North, sewer system, L.I•.D. No. 725, the following were .received:
N. L.. Kimball - $22270.29
D. T. Gallagher 1, 915.20
A. V. DeBlasco 1, 899.00
The bid -of A. V. DeBlasco in the sum of $1,899.00 was accepted as the lowest and
best bid, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute a contract on behalf
of the City of Yakima for doing said work; carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting
aye on roll call.
Moved by Carpenter, seconded by Burns, that we do now adjourn:, carried Burns, Huey`
and Carpenter voting aye on roll call.
