The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, August 20, 1951, were approved as read. Moved by Buns, seconded by Carpenter, that the bond of Reynolds and Sanders, Contract- or r s for moving sludge from sewage disposal plant be raised from $500.00 to $1,000.00: carried Burns, 'Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO.-C-989, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to construct a domestic water system to serve all of the.lots and-,tracts of land included within the following described district situated in Yakima �;ounty, Washington: Beginning at the intersection of 34th A venue South with Tieton 'Drive; thence Westerly along Tieton Drive to the West line of South Glenn Drive Tracts; thence Northerly along said West line to West Walnut Street; thence Easterly along West Walnut Street to 34th Avenue South; thence Southerly along 34th Avenue South to the point of beginning. Said improvement to consist of the installation of the necessary mains, fire hydrants, valves and other appurtenances-for the purpose of supplying water for domestic use, and to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifications to be pre- pared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object.-to said proposed improve- ment are hereby notified to appear and present such objection, if any, at a meeting of the ,City Commission to be held at its office in the City Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of 10 :00 of clock A.M., on Monday, the 17th day of September, 1951; which time and place are hereby fixed for the. hearing on all matters relating to the said proposed improvement, or objections thereto, and for de- termining the method of payment therefor; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of s aid hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and expense of said improvement, including the cost of acquiring right of way easements, engineering, surveying, advertising, inspection, publication of notices and all other expenses incident thereto shall be borne by and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law and as above described; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required by law to be by him submitted.. No. 696, be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.. ORDINANCE NO. B- 1284, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local- Improvement District No. 696, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Loved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that Ordinance No. B -1285, fixing time of delinquency of installments and prescribing form of bond in L.I.D. No. 703, be parsed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter-and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -1285, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 703, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Huey,• seconded by Carpenter, that Ordinance No. B -1286, fixing time of delinquency of installments and prescribing form. of bonds in L.I.D. No. 705, be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on'roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -12861 fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 705, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof. -uloved by Huey,, seconded by - Carpenter, that Ordinance No. B -1287, fixing time of delinquency of installments and prescribing form of bond in L.I.D. No. 713, be passed as read: carried Burns, 'Carpenter and Huey voting aye.on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.. B -1287, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 713, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof.
