The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 16, 1951, and adjourned meeting thereof, were approved as read. Moved by Carpenter, seconded by Huey, that Ordinance No. B -1267, relative to parking meter hoods, etc., be passed as read: carried Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.'I.D. 693, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll.or any part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -1268, confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof, be passed as read: carried Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. ORDINANCE N0: B -1268, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 693 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1136 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the t-�me for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 694, and there being no objections in writing or other- wise to said assessment roll or any part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -12691 confirming said roll and every part thereof, be passed as read: carried Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. ORDINANCE N0. B -1269, confirming the assessment roll covering Local improvement District No. 694 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1137 of the.Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 695, and there being no objections in writing or other- wise to said assessment roll, or any part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -1270, confirming said assessment roll or any part thereof, be passed as read: carried Carpenter and Huey Voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. ORDINANCE NO. B -1270, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 695 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1140 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 700, and there being no objections in writing or other- wise to said assessment roll.or any part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -1271, confirming said roll and every part thereof, be passed as read: carried Huey and Carpenter voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. ORDINANCE NO. B -1271, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 700 as created and established by Ordinance No. B-1157 of the Ordinances of the 'City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that we do now adjourn to meet Tuesday, July 24, 1951, at 10 o'clock A.M.: carried Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. Burns absent. Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that the petition by property owners heretofore filed asking that the S2 of Lot 16, Block 5, of Broadway Park Addition be changed from resident district to business district be granted: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roil call.
