The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, June 18, 1951, and adjourned meeting thereof, were approved as read. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No.. 699, and there being insufficient protest in writing, or otherwise, to-said assessment roll: It is ordered'that'Ordinance No.-B-1257, con- firming said assessment roll and every part thereof, be passed as read: carried Burns Carpenter and•Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -1257, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 699 as created and established-by Ordinance No: B -1156 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 701, and there being no objections•in writing or other- wise to said assessment roll, or any part thereof: It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -12589 confirming said assessment and every part thereof, be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -1258, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 701 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1158 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded by Carpenter, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 706, and there being no objections in writing, or other- wise, to said assessment roll, or any part thereof: It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -1259, confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye.on roll call: ORDINANCE NO. B -1259, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 706 as created and established by Ordinance No. B-1171-of the Ord_ inances of the 'City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded by karpenter, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 714, and there being no objections in writing, or other- wise, to. said assessment roll: It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -1260; confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof, be passed as read: carried Burns, Huey and Carpenter voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B =1260, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 714 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -1221 of the Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Huey, seconded by Burns, that Ordinance No. B -1261, relative to 30 minute parking meter zones in said City, be passed as read: carried Carpenter, Burns and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE N0. B -12611 amending Section 71(a)' of Ordinance No.-B-131, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating traffic, travel and transportation and their incid- ents upon the streets and other ways open to the public; prescribing the powers and duties of officers and others in relation thereto; defining offenses, providing penal- ties and repealing certain ordinances concerned with or relating to the subject matter of this ordinance, and declaring an emergency. ".; as amended by Ordinances No. B -571, B -726, :•B -956, B- 11861• and B -1246; and declaring an emergency. Moved by Carpenter, seconded by Burns, that Ordinance No.-B -1262, licensing and regula- ting the practice of tatooing in the City of Yakima, be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -1262, providing for the licensing and regulation of the practice of tatooin•g in the City of Yakima, and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
