Moved by Burns, seconded by Carpenter,- that Ordinance No. B -1210, providing for fees
for dog licences, be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on
roll call.
ORDINANCE, NO. B -1210, amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. A -268, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE
providing"for'the .licensing, impounding, redemption, selling and killing of dogs and
bitches;,providing a penalty for the violation hereof, and repealing Ordinances numbered
15, 303, 228, 239 and 516, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith.

ORDINANCE D. B -12111 repealing Section 301 (3) , and amending Section 305 (a) , of
Ordinance ~No..'B -850, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE to be known as the Electrical Code of the
City of Yakima, for safeguarding life and property by regulating the installation,
alteration, repair, use and operation of electric wires, appliances, apparatus and de-
vices in or about buildings on private or public property; providing for the licensing
for regulation and revenue of electrical contractors, dealers and wiremen; defining
approved;`6116.ctrica:L materials and appliances; prohibiting the sale or use of unapproved
materiafs'`and appliances; providing penalties for the violation hereof; repealing
Ordinance_ No. B -25 of the City or Yakima and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith."

fees, be passed as read: carried Burns, Carpenter and Huey voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -12121 amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. B -712, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE
amending Ordinance No. B -297, entitled: AN ORDINANCE relating to the licensing for the
purpose of regulation and revenue, the c_zrrying of passengers for -hire by certain
vehicles in th, - City.of Yakima, and to the regulation oftaxicabs, for hire cars, sight-
seeing cars; providing for the inspection and control thereof and for the licensing and
control of drivers thereof, defining offenses, prescribing penalties, and repealing
Ordinance Number B -2801 and all other Ordinances in conflict herewith, and declaring an
emergency;, "'by amending Section 1 and by-adding new sections thereto to be designated
"Section 31.'; "Section 5 -A ", "Section 5 -B11, "Section 5 -C ", "Section 11 -A", and "Section
11 -B11; and. providing penalties for violation hereof."--
