2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Council moved into Executive Session for approximately six hours to discuss
pending litigation with the City's legal counsel at Preston Gates & Ellis to prepare
for future mediation sessions with Del Monte and the wastewater odor plaintiffs.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
