The (City-Commission met in regular session,

The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, August 23, 1948, were approved as read.
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the payrolls for the month of August, 1948, be
allowed and warrants issued as follows: Various Depts. $6,720.43; Engineering $3,215.00
Fire Dept. $13,695.00; Police Dept. $12,452.58; Irrigation $990.00; Library $1,924.00;
Cemetery 4230.00; Street $404.50; F.R. & P. $1997.30; P.R. & P. $310.00 and Water Dept.
8,521.90; carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -911, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District
No. 632, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -805, of the ordinances of the
City of Yakima.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 632 and there being no objections in writing or otherwise
to said assessment roll or any part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -911,
confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as read: carried
Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -912, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District
No. -634, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -811 of the ordinances of the
City of Yakima.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll-in L.I.D. No. 634, and there - .being no objections in writing or otherwise
to said roll or any part thereof; It is ordered that Ordinance No. B -912 confirming
said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -913, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No.
612, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of
the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -913 be passed as read: carried
Buck, Bishop and 'Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -9141 fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No.
618, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the payment of
the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -914 be passed as read: carried
Buck, Bishop and ,Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE N0. B -915, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No.
622, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof.

ORDINANCE NO.. B -9161 fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No.
624, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion. thereof.

Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -917, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments
levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No.
644, and providing for the method of payment of the.unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -917 be passed as read: carried
