DECEMBER'22, 1958
The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Alderson, Commissioner Mathews and
City Attorney Arntson present on roll call. Schutt absent.
The minutes of the regular meeting of December 17, 1958 and adjourned meeting thereof
were approved as read.
An Ordinance providing for the vacation of certain dedicated public utility easements,
being Lot 1, Rice- Dibbert Addition, and part of Lot 1, Glenview, according to the
official plat thereof recorded in Volume 'IQ" of Plats of Yakima. County, Washington,
was read by the City Clerk and after some discussion by the City Commission and the
City Engineer, it was moved by Mathews and seconded by Alderson that the passage of this
ordinance be postponed to Monday, December 29, 195$: carried, Alderson and Mathews
voting aye on roll call. Schutt absent.
Moved by Mathews, seconded by Alderson that we adjourn to meet again in regular session
at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on Monday the 29th day of December, 1958: carried, Alderson
and Mathews voting aye on roll call. Schutt absent.
