The Committee reviewed board and committee applications and made
the following recommendations bvconsensus:
° Henry Beauchamp Advisory Committee:
* Reappoint James Parks
° Appoint: Rev. Trimble, Sy Ruiz, Berenice Ponce and
Wilma Beauchamp
° Arts Commission:
* Reappoint James Ward Morris
• Confirm appointment ofCapitol Theatre's representative
Valerie VVoannerand Larson Gallery's representative David
Lynx
• Tree City USA:
� Reappoint Lance Fore*e

• Parks & Recreation Commission:
* Reappoint BrynnJohnson and Rod Bryant
• Appoint Norma Cody
° Public Facilities District:

Committee members asked staff to reach out to additional school district
members, YVCC and others for the youth position vacancies.
2. Macias moved 0oadjourn the meeting, carried bvconsensus. The meeting
adjourned at 11:32 a.m.
