JUNE 4, 1956
Carl H. Behnke, Kenneth C. Schutt and Laurence C. Mathews, having heretofore been elected
to the offices of Mayor, Commissioner of Finance and Accounting and Commissioner of
Public Works, respectively, at a. General City Election held on the 13th day of March,
1956 and said election providing that such officials should take office on the First
Monday in June oi' the year 1956, and said officials having taken the oath of_ office
before a Judge of the Superior Court of Yakima County, Washington, and having filed
their respective bonds in the office of the County Clerk of said Yakima County as Pro-
vided by law, said newly inducted officials do now proceed to conduct the business of
the City of Yakima as the City Commission of said City.

at not to exceed 4% from and after their preserta.tion, and that,said interest rate
appear on the face of said warrants; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said warrants shall be redeemed and
paid according to their number, date and issue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer of this City call
said warrants in the manner provided by law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 6th
day of June, 1956.
