ITEM TITLE: Discussion of study session schedule

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Attached is the tentative study session schedule. Many cities take a summer "break" from
meetings. The City of Yakima Charter requires that Council hold two business meetings per
month. With budget meetings scheduled in the near future, if Council prefers, study sessions
could be waived for the month of August.
