The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Burns present on roll call.
Commissioners Huza and Huey absent.
On account of the absence of Commissioners Huza and. Huey, no official business could be
conducted in regard to hearings on various projects scheduled to be heard at this time.
Mayor Burns requested that the bids on the Plath Avenue Sewer project, in L.I.D. No. 836
be opened and read by the City Clerk, and final disposition made at a later date. The
following are the bids;
Paul R. Henley $13,550.68
Carroll & Sanislo 012,609.59
;Buck- Edinger Trucking Co., X11,499.61.
Bids were also received for two Packer -type Garbage bodies for the Sanitation Department
as follows:
Western Machinery Co. 4 3,802.60 each body
U.S. Sanitary Packer Corp. $ 3,976.20 each body,
Jack Sahlberg Equipment Co., - 4,643.59 F.Q.B. Yakima
New Holstein, Wisconsin $.3',722'.89 F.0'.B Yakima
