Consent Agenda Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. A citizen or Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration. A. Final Contract Payment for POW Contracting - City Project 2264 Beech Street Area Sewer (Standard Motion V-B-Accept the project and approve th final payment) I 6. Resolution authoriz,in_q an Agreement with Central Washin_qton Comprehensive Mental Health to provide evidence based pro_q,ra,m,mjn_q and/or activities in con.junction with the Yakima Gang Free Initiative Youth and Family Development 11. Resolution authorizing professional service contracts for specialized professional appraisal services associated with the City's negotiations to acguire certain real property adjacent to the Yakima Air Terminal. 12. Resolution authorizin_q $J.0 rn.il.l.io.n g.rant appi.ication with FAA and the use of the City's Inte und Loan PEgggrn to_provide 10% grant match when reg ired for improvem nts to the Yakima Air Terminal.
