Presentations/recognitions/introductions Recognition of City Engineer Doug Mayo on his retirement after 22 years of service for the City of Yakima. 4. Council Reports 5. Consent Agenda Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. A citizen or Council member may request to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and, if approved, it will be placed on the regular agenda for discussion and consideration. A. D. Resolution authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with RedZone Inc. in an amount not to exceed $90,000 to configure the Wastewater Division's 1COM3 Software System for the Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater Collection F. Ordinance amending Chapters 11.04, 11.22, 11.32, 11.44 and 10.05 YITl adopting 2012 editions of International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbin Code and International Fire Code, respectively. 6. Audience Participation Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged.
