Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without

A. Approval of minutes from the April 20, 2021 City Council regular meeting and April 27,
2021 City Council study session
B. 2021 1st Quarter Financial Report
C. Set date of June 1, 2021 for a public hearing on the Yakima Housing Action Plan
D. Resolution accepting and approving 1st Quarter 2021 Claim Report
E. Resolution authorizing a contract with Osborn Consulting, Inc. to provide consulting
services for the 2021 Stormwater Effectiveness Study
F. Resolution authorizing a settlement agreement by Cities Insurance Association of
Washington ("CIAW") and Munich Reinsurance to resolve and settle the uninsured
motorist claim brought by Jack Curtsinger
G. Resolution deferring and continuing the mentorship and internship program to 2022
H. Ordinance updating Classification and Compensation Plan for City Employees Section

Community members are invited to address items listed on the meeting agenda. There will be 35 minutes
allotted for public comment with two and a half (2.5) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much
opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are
strongly encouraged.
