1. Roll Call
Council: Mayor Patricia Byers, presiding, Assistant Mayor Holly Cousens and
Councilmembers Kay Funk, Brad Hill and Eliana Macias (all attending via Zoom)
Staff: City Manager Robert Harrison and City Clerk Sonya Claar Tee
Absent: Councilmembers Soneya Lund (excused) and Jason White
2. Public comment (allow 15 minutes)
None.
3. Presentation on Housing Action Plan
City Manager Harrison introduced the item. Joseph Calhoun, Planning Manager and Radhika
Nair, Project Manager with Berk Consulting, provided a PowerPoint on the scope and
process of the Housing Action Plan and responded to questions from Council members.
4. Presentation on Accessory Dwelling Units
Joseph Calhoun, Planning Manager, reviewed a PowerPoint on Accessory Dwelling Units
and answered questions from Council members.
5. Adjournment
MOTION: Cousens moved and Macias seconded to adjourn to the next Council
regular meeting on March 2, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The motion carried by unanimous vote, Lund and White absent. The meeting
adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
