Call to Order
Chair Jacob Liddicoat called the meeting to order at approximately 3.0o p.m.

YPC Members Absent: Phil Ostreim, Robert McCormick (unexcused)

Staff An-nouncements — Planning Manager Joseph Calhoun announced the following:
• Calhoun announced that the R-3 moratorium public hearing is scheduled for March 24, 2021.
• The final draft for the Housing Action Plan from the city consubrit towards the end of the
month and a notification will be mailed out for a t)entative YPC public hearing date of April 28,
2021.
