SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Each year as part of the process of submitting to HUD the 2012 year end Consolidated
Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), the City holds two public input hearings to
accept comments on the year end report. This is the final public input hearing on the 2012
Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) as of March 19, 2013.
