BOARDS & COMMISSIONS
NOMINATING COMMITTEE MEETING
November 30, 2012
9:50 a.m.
Attendees: Council Members Bristol and Ensey and City Clerk Claar Tee and Deputy
Clerk Stephens.
Absent: Assistant Mayor Adkison
1. AIRPORT BOARD
The Committee reviewed the Aiport Board applications It was Committee consensus to
meet with the Airport Board Chair and discuss their needs, after which, the Committee
may interview the candidates.
2. Hotel Motel /Tourist Promotion Area (TPA) Commission
The Committee reviewed and accepted the recommendation from the Yakima Valley
Lodging Association to reappoint Wanda Riel of the Holiday Inn, Penny Baker of the
Oxford Suites and Connie Webb with Comfort Suites.
