SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
It is necessary and desirable to schedule two public hearings regarding the 2013 Budget, as
follows:
•
• A. Set date of public hearing on the proposed 2013 Budget for Tuesday,
November 20, 2012, during Council's regular business meeting.*
and
B. Set date of public hearing regarding the 2013 Ad Valorem Tax (property tax) for
Tuesday, November 20, 2012; during Council's regular business meeting *.
The 2013 Preliminary Budget Summary is on file with the Finance Office and the City Clerk's
Office.
* Note: Council business meetings are held in Council Chambers in City Hall, the business
meetings commence at 6:00 pm; however, the public hearings commence at 7:00 pm.
