NOMINATING COMMITTEE MEETING
October 23, 2012
Attendees: Assistant Mayor Adkison, Council Members Bristol, and Ensey and City
Clerk Claar Tee and Deputy Clerk Stephens.
Chair Sara Bristol called the meeting to order at 9 a m.
The Committee discussed changing the residency requirements on several committees.
ENSEY MOVED AND ADKISON SECONDED TO amend the residency requirements
on the City of Yakima Planning Commission and allow non - residents who own a
business or property within the City limits to qualify as members on this Committee.
Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
Meeting adjourned at 9:55 a m
