Resolution authorizing agreements with Yakima County, through the Office of Aging and Long Term Care (ALTO) for the Adult Day Care and Respite Services Program and the Foot Care Services Program at the Harman Center. Second reading of an Ordinance amending the 2012 budget for the City of Yakima; and making appropriations from Unappropriated Fund Balances within various Funds for expenditure during 2012 as_noted in the summary attached. J. Ordinance amendment eliminating longevity pay for newly hired • unrepresented management group employees. K. Ordinance amendment eliminating the tax deferred compensation plan for newly hired unrepresented management group employees contained in YMC 2.20.130. 5. Resolution authorizing a settlement entered into by insurance company St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company ( "Travelers ") to resolve and settle the lawsuit brought by Elaine Gonzalez. 10.
