ITEM TITLE: Discussion about resuming Council study sessions and identifying
a tentative schedule

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At the January 19 City Council meeting, staff was directed to add to the February 2nd agenda a
discussion about study sessions. Attached is a draft schedule of topics through May 2021 to
discuss.
