Final Contract Payment for Knobel's Electric, Inc. - W. Washington Ave. & S. 64th Ave. Signal (Standard Motion V -B- Accept the project and approve the final payment) B. Final Contract Payment for Artisan Inc. - Hines Addition Phase 1 (Standard Motion V -B- Accept the project and approve final payment) C. Resolution amending Article III, Section 2 of the Employees' Welfare Benefit Program; adding a voting member for the AFSCME and management groups; moving AFSCME Transit from a non - voting to a voting member; removing YPPA to nonvoting members; and creating a provision for alternate members. D. Resolution authorizing contract with the Yakima School District for the addition of a School Resource Officer for Stanton High School. E. Resolution accepting AIP 34 Grant offer to purcahse snow removal equipment (SRE). 5.
