SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On August 22, 2012, the City Planning Commission adopted written findings and
recommendations concerning City initiated amendments to its Municipal Code Title 15
Urban Area Zoning Ordinance.
The following sections are proposed for amendment: Sections: 15.04 Table 4 -1, 15.05 Table
5 -2, 15.05.030 (B), 15.05.055, and 15.06.050 (D).
Council is requested to hold a closed record public hearing to consider the Yakima Planning
Commission's recommendations regarding these City initiated amendments to its Urban
Area Zoning Ordinance.
