SPECIAL MEETING
I/ 1. ROLL CALL
The City Council met in special session on this date at
• 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City.Hall, Yakima,
Washington. Mayor Pat Berndt, presiding, ,Council Members
William Brado, Lynn Buchanan, Skip Semon, Bernard Sims. .
Council Members Clarence•Barnett and Henry Beauchamp absent.
City Manager Zais, Assistant City-Attorneys Carberry and
Paolella, and City Clerk-Roberts also present.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
It was MOVED BY SIMS, SECONDED BY BUCHANAN, TO MOVE INTO
EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE .PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING PENDING
=LITIGATION. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote;
Barnett and Beauchamp absent.
Following the conclusion of the Executive Session, the meeting
adjourned at 2:05 p.m.
