Resolution authorizing agreement modification No. 01 to the 2012 City of Yakima Foot Care Agreement with Yakima County, through the Southeast Washington Office of Aging and Long Term Care (ALTC) for the 2012 Geriatric Foot Care Services Program at the Harman Center J. Resolution setting the time, date and location for a Public Hearing to be held at 7:00 pm on June 19, 2012 in the City of Yakima Council Chambers to amend the six -year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). 5. Public Hearing to consider: A) Adoption of the Six -year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the years 2013 to 2018, and to amend the Metropolitan Transportation Plan; and B)Amend the Yakima Urban Area Comprehensive Plan Capital Facilities Element CITY MANAGER REPORTS 8. Resolution authorizing execution of nonexclusive license agreement between the City of Yakima and the Speakeasy, a for - profit organization to host an annual Smoke -out Choke -out event ORDINANCES' 9. An Ordinance amending Chapter 1.18 YMC pertaining to designation of administrative departments and functions of the City of Yakima. 10. Other Business A.
