MONDAY, JUNE 7, 1993
ADJOURNED MEETING
The City Council met in session on this date at 8:30 a.m. in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, Yakima, Washington. Mayor Pat
Berndt, presiding, Council Members Clarence Barnett, Henry
Beauchamp (present after 8:42 a.m.), Bill Brado, and Bernard Sims
present on roll call. Council Members Lynn Buchanan and Skip
Semon absent and excused. Assistant City Manager Rice, City
Attorney Vanek, and City Clerk Roberts also present.
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
It was MOVED BY SIMS, SECONDED BY BARNETT, TO MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE
SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING PENDING LITIGATION WITH
IMMEDIATE ADJOURNMENT THEREAFTER. The motion carried by unanimous
voice vote; Beauchamp, Buchanan and Semon absent.
Following the conclusion of the Executive Session, the meeting
adjourned at 8:49 a.m.
