Open Discussion for the Good of the Order Councilmember Funk stated she will not be running for Council next year, as she will be moving to California for familial reasons. A. Resolution approving extension of Mayoral Proclamation declaring emergency and order, if the Mayor issues a Proclamation extending the civil emergency proclamation and order due to COVID-19 The City Clerk read the resolution by title only. R-2020-133,A RESOLUTION extending the Mayor's Proclamation of Civil Emergency and Order regarding a state of emergency in the City of Yakima due to the coronavirus disease 2019 ("COVID-19"). B. Coronavirus (COVID-19) update City Manager Harrison provided an update on COVID-19's effect on the City.Additionally, he reported on a request from Yakima Valley Conference of Government's to send a letter to the Governor regarding recent COVID restrictions, which Council took no action on.
