settle any claims against or by the City of Yakima in an amount of$50,000 or less, and to
execute all documents necessary for such claims.
K. Ordinance amending Municipal Code 3.123.010, replacement of LIBOR benchmark rate
L. Ordinance amending the effective date of Yakima Municipal Code, Title 4, Health and
Sanitation of the refuse rate increase approved by City Council on November 17, 2020
from January 1, 2021 to January 12, 2021

B. Distribution of the Complete Record for the preliminary plat of Aspen Estates submitted
by Aspen Estates LLC, located in the vicinity of S 60th Ave and W Washington Ave
