4. Consent Agenda
All items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion without discussion. A citizen or Council member may request to remove an
item from the Consent Agenda, and if approved, it will be considered in its normal sequence on the
agenda.
A. Consideration of approval of City Council Meeting Minutes
i. Council Business Meeting Minutes for January 10, January 17 and February 7
2012.
B. Consideration of approval of Council Committee Meeting Minutes
C. City of Yakima - 4th Quarter 2011 Treasury Report
D. Accounts Receivable Status Report - 4th Quarter 2011
E. Set Date for March 20, 2012 for the Final Public Hearing on the 2011
Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report
F. Resolution to Set April 26, 2012 for a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner
for three partial street and alley vacations on the Davis High School campus.
G. An ordinance relating to Public Safety; amending Section 6.68.020 to the City of
Yakima Municipal Code for the purpose of adopting Revised Code of Washington
9A.52.060 which prohibits the making or having of burglar tools.
H. Resolution amending Yakima Transit's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
Program, as required by the Federal Transit Administration's regulations (49 CFR
Part 26).
I. Resolution authorizing Personal Service Contract for K -9 Team Training
J. Resolution authorizing agreement with N. Harris Computer Corporation (Cayenta)
and waiving the bid requirement to standardize our financial systems with a
purchase of software license, implementation and a support and maintenance
agreement.
5. Audience Participation
Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business
meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as
much opportunity as possible for audience participation A speaker's time may be extended at the
discretion of the Mayor and /or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and
e -mail messages are strongly encouraged.

7. Resolution authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) amending the 2011-
- 2012 collective bargaining agreement for the Corrections Sergeants Unit.

agreement for the Yakima Police Management Unit

The next Council Business meeting will be March 20 at 6 p.m. in the Yakima City Hall
Council Chambers.

A. Council General Information
Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall
be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The
views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed
or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or
views of this, or any other speaker. -
A Council packet is available for review at the City Clerk's Office and the Library. A
packet is also available on line at www.ciyakima.wa.us under Quick Picks.
The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space
or language interpreters, for City meetings. Anyone needing special assistance please
