Meeting Minutes
February 14, 2012
Mayor's Office
Meeting convened at 11 AM
Council Present: Maureen Adkison, Sara Bristol and Rick Ensey
Staff Present: Sonya Claar Tee, Jodi Stephens and Jeff Cutter
Review applications for DYBID Elections Committee -- The Committee reviewed
applications and appointed Roger Wilson, Kathi Bonlender, Brad Christianson, Lis McGree and
Steve Buck to the DYBID Elections Committee - -The Nominating Committee members agreed
unanimously.
Action required -- Council directed staff to contact the applicants and notify them of their
appointment and the ordinance requirement, which states: "The election committee shall meet
within one week of notification of selection to initiate the election process in the manner they
choose."
Other business -- Ensey nominated Bristol as meeting Chair - -The Nominating Committee
members agreed unanimously.
Adjourn -- The meeting adjourned at 11:43 AM
