Resolution authorizing execution of a Nonexclusive License Agreement with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to host an annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta. (B). Resolution authorizing temporary street closures for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Yakima County's to host an annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta. N. (A.) Resolution authorizing a Nonexclusive License Agreement with Yakima Valley Sports Commission's annual Hot -Shots 3 -on -3 Basketball Tournament. (B.) Resolution authorizing temporary street closures for the Yakima Valley Sports Commission annual Hot -Shots 3 -on -3 Basketball Tournament. 5. Audience Participation Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and /or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e -mail messages are strongly encouraged. CITY MANAGER REPORTS 6. Set Date of March 20, 2012 for a Public Hearing regarding the Amended TBD Project List 7. City Manager's report related to an Amendment to the 2012 Annual Action Plan concerning the budget reduction of CDBG and HOME program funding. 8.
