2. Update on City Manager recruitment and selection process
LOVER MOVED AND ETTL SECONDED TO DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE
AND DISCUSS A CONTRACT FOR CITY MANAGER WITH MR. COOPER.
Council Member Ettl stated there were three experienced candidates who could
work for the City, and in his opinion it's .a matter of the best fit at this time, and he
is comfortable Mr. Cooper can do a good job for the city. Motion carries 5 -2;
Adkison and Coffey voting no. Assistant Mayor Coffey said she thinks the
process was flawed from the beginning and doesn't think Mr. Cooper is the right
fit for this City.

4. Adjournment
ENSEY MOVED AND EDLER SECONDED TO ADJOURN. The motion carried
by unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
