Staff: Michael Morales, Joan Davenport, Vaughn McBride
Michael Morales gave a brief explanation of the benefits of the NRSA. This was the second
public hearing on the matter; the first being held at the November 1 City Council Business
Meeting. Morales also introduced Vaughn McBride as the city staff member responsible for
the research on the 2011 NRSA.
Public Hearing on the proposed Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area:
Councilmember Lover opened the public hearing. There being no comments, the public
hearing was closed.
