Chair Ensey called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
Transit Items
The Dial -A -Ride Contract was addressed by the Transportation - Utilities Committee and the consensus is to not
bring the contract in- house. Council Member Dave Ettl moved it be presented to the full Council on October
4th and Council Member Ensey seconded the motion.
Utilities
Water /Irrigation. The Transportation - Utilities Committee discussed the City's participation in Yakima
Valley Water Resources and how the City fits into the Integrated Plan.

Street and Traffic Operations
There was no substantive discussion of street matters.
